In good news for those seeking a monsoon adventure, ‘White water rafting’ on the Mahadayi river in Goa is the next fortnight. with additional attractions like personalized videos that would record the rafting experience.
River Rafting in Goa on the Mahadeyi river is held between June and September every year. Seven rafts are put into operation which includes exciting trips of 10-km each in the choppy waters of the river along the breath-taking landscapes.
Navigating the rapids of the river through rafting has been gaining immense popularity among tourists in Goa which is known for numerous water sports. Two rafting trips will be held every day and the first trip will start at 9:30 am and the second at 2:30 pm. Each trip will go on for 3 hours each giving you an unprecedented adrenaline rush.
You cannot fully enjoy Goa in Monsoon if you don’t navigate the rapids of the river rafting in Goa.

Our Itinerary
- Meet at location 9.30 am for a 10 am departure or 2.30 pm for a 3 pm departure.
- Depart from meeting point in minivans to river. 25 mins to the river.
- 10 minutes walk down the river valley to the start point.
- Equipment fitting out and briefing at the river.
- Safety talk on the river in the raft and away you go.
- Finish and then back into the vans for a 10 minute drive back to the meeting point.
Age Limit: 12 years or above but please check with us
Class of Rapids: Grade 2 to 3. Ideal for beginners.
What to Carry: Secure footwear. Not slippers. A towel and a change of clothes for after the trip. A little spending money for food photos and videos from the river.
Clothing: Swimwear or swimsuit. Shorts and a t-shirt or tights, but no loose baggy clothing like saris or veils. Salwar Kameez is acceptable but not ideal. The shorter the Kurta the better!
